Charles Buck and Bradford Agry are partners who bring a unique perspective and synergy to career management. Their respective backgrounds in human resources and marketing offer you a multi-dimensional perspective on the essentials of career planning.

CHARLES A. BUCK
Mr. Buck has been president of Charles Buck & Associates, an executive search and human resources consulting firm. Since it's inception in 1987 Charley has completed a wide variety of searches in advertising, marketing, management, law design, finance, telecommunications and entertainment. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Director of Administrative Services at BBDO, Inc and Vice President, Human Resources at Doyle Dane Bernback, Inc. He spent three years as a co-founder and managing director of the search division of a major consulting firm in New York. Mr. Buck, who holds a B.A. from Lehigh University, has been active in the National Association of Corporate and Executive Recruiters, The American Marketing Association, The American Association of Advertising Agencies and The Society of Human Resources Management Association of New York.

BRADFORD W. AGRY
Mr. Agry founded Agry Communications, a public relations firm which specializes in human resources and training. Additionally, he has authored a number of articles dealing with workplace issues, ranging from trends in corporate training to interviewing skills to teambuilding. Previously, he served as marketing director at Henry Dreyfuss Associates, the nation's oldest product design consultancy. He has also held new business development posts at Butler Rogers Baskett and ISD, Inc., two leading New York City architecture firms. Brad began his career in advertising account management at Young and Rubicam. He subsequently moved to the client side as advertising manager for Citibank's credit card products. Agry earned a B.A., cum laude from Dartmouth College and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is active in The American Society for Training and Development and the Columbia Business School Club of New York.
